Returns & Exchanges

At Kozmo Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original shoebox and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
